What the service is, what it costs, how you pay for it, and how to get your money back.

Who you are buying from
The service described on this site is sold and operated by the company below. These terms are the agreement between that company and you, the customer, and they apply from the moment you create an account.

What you are buying
A subscription to a web application that builds QR codes. There is nothing to install: you sign in with a browser and the service runs on our servers. A paid plan raises the limits of the free one and unlocks the features listed against it below.
- A monthly allowance of QR codes you may generate and download.
- Every content type the builder offers — a link, a wifi network, a contact card, an event and the rest.
- Module shapes, colours, gradients, frames and a logo in the middle of the code, according to the plan.
- Downloads as PNG, and as SVG on the paid plans — the format a printer asks for.
- Hosted menus on the Business plan and above: a page we publish at an address of its own, which your code points at.
The service is delivered immediately. Access to a paid plan is enabled as soon as the payment is confirmed, and there is nothing to ship.
A downloaded code is a file you keep, and it goes on working whatever happens to your subscription. A hosted menu is a page we publish: when a subscription ends, the plan's menu allowance ends with it and the page stops being served. Print a code that points at a menu with that in mind.
Prices and currency
Every price on this site is quoted in convertible marks (BAM/KM), and that is the currency your card is debited in. Euro amounts shown alongside are the same price at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM and are for information only.
The plans and their prices are below. A plan can be changed at any time; prices may change for future periods, and a change never affects a period already paid for.

The euro figure under each price is the same amount at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 BAM. It is shown for information only; the card is debited in BAM.
Prices are final amounts payable. Any VAT is shown on the receipt issued for the payment, in line with the merchant's tax status.
How you pay
Payment is by debit or credit card, on a secure page hosted by Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosna i Hercegovina. Your card details are entered on the bank's page and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by us.
Card payments are processed by Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosna i Hercegovina.
- Choose a plan and a billing period on the plan page.
- You are taken to the bank's payment page, where you enter your card details.
- Your own bank confirms the payment is yours, usually through 3-D Secure.
- You return here and the plan is enabled. Only the result of the payment comes back with you.
Every payment appears on the billing page of your account, with the amount, the date, the period it bought and when it runs out.
Costs and restrictions
What paying costs beyond the price of the plan, and the conditions a payment has to meet.
- We add no surcharge, handling fee or processing fee for paying by card. The price shown is the amount debited.
- Your own bank may charge you for a cross-border transaction or for converting from another currency into BAM. That charge is between you and your bank; we neither set it nor receive it.
- Your card must be enabled for online (e-commerce) payments. Many cards are not by default; your bank can switch it on.
- One subscription covers one account. Plan limits — codes per month, the shapes available, hosted menus — apply per account and are shown on the plan page.
- What a code encodes and what a menu publishes are yours, and yours to answer for. We do not check them, and we withdraw a hosted page that is unlawful or that we are ordered to remove.
Billing period and renewal
A payment buys one period — a month or a year — starting on the day it is received. A monthly period runs to the same day of the next month; where that day does not exist, it runs to the last day of that month.
Nothing renews by itself and no card is stored for later. We do not keep a payment mandate, so nothing can be charged without you starting a new payment yourself.
We email you before a period ends, and again on the day it does. When it ends the account returns to the free plan. Nothing you have already downloaded is affected — a code you hold is a file, and it keeps working. A hosted menu stops being published, because publishing it is part of the plan.
Refunds and cancellation
The service is delivered the moment a payment is confirmed, so a refund is a matter of judgement rather than an automatic right. Our policy is deliberately simple, and these are the cases we refund in full:
- Within 14 days of the payment, if you have not generated a code under the paid plan in that time.
- At any time, if the service does not work as described and we cannot put it right within a reasonable period.
- Always, for a payment made twice by mistake or for an amount that was clearly not intended.
- We do not refund part of a period that has been used. You keep the plan until the period ends.
To ask for a refund, write to us from the address on your account and say which payment it concerns. We answer every request within 5 working days.
An approved refund is returned to the same card the payment came from — it cannot be paid out any other way. We instruct the refund within 5 working days of approving it; how long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your own bank, and is usually a further few working days.
To cancel, simply do not pay for another period. There is no notice to give and no cancellation fee. You can also delete your account at any time from the profile page.

Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Nothing in them limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be contracted away.
We may change these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
